Course Goal / Objective

It aims to be comprehend the properties of the Biomechanics topic. Also, subject expains the structures of body structures, bones, ligaments, superficial and deep muscles, other soft tissue structures (tendon, meniscus, discs, bursae, etc.) joint movements, body movement planes, muscle structures, muscle contraction types, functions of muscles, joints and ligaments, kinetic principles, upper and the lower extremity and columna vertebralis structures.

Course Content

Characteristics of muscles, ligaments, bone, connective tissue components (bursa, cartilage, tendons), Muscle structures, Origo, insertion, innervations of muscles, Joint movements, joint structures, types, Structures and functions of joint regions of upper and lower extremities, In daily life realization of the movement.
