Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is; Teaching running in athletics, hammer throw, javelin throw, triple jump, pole vault. To provide information about decathlon-heptathlon.

Course Content

The content of this course; Long distance running. Short distance running High jump. Long jump. Shot put. It consists of the technical, tactical and competition rules of discus throwing and athletic walking branches and the practices of these branches.
