Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to gain knowledge and skills for the branches of athletics.
Course Content
Definition, historical development, classification, basic techniques, competition rules and skills of running, throwing and jumping, rules, knowledge, practice, observation, error detection and teaching knowledge of multiple competitions such as decathlon, heptathlon and pentathlon.
