Course Goal / Objective
As the course objectives, it is aimed to teach the basic system approaches that can enable to determine, classify and evaluate these parameters by scientific means, especially in sports, as well as general talents.
Course Content
Within the course, talent selection principles, practices, concepts and performance aspirant systems in sports. This course covers the subjects of defining, determining, selecting, directing and developing talent in Physical Education and Sports. It is a course structure that includes application examples.
