Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the Career Planning course is to guide undergraduate students to determine their careers in accordance with their intelligence, personality, knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies; to develop career awareness, to gain awareness about the expectations and dynamics of business life, to increase their employability by supporting their personal and professional development.
Course Content
The aim and scope of the career planning course, career-related concepts and the changing nature of career, intelligence and personality, personal future design, future occupations and competencies, fine competencies, management of professional networks, resume preparation and effective interview techniques, career in public sector, career in private sector, entrepreneurial career, academic career, career in non-governmental organizations.
