Course Goal / Objective
With this course, the aim of this course is to determine what the legal texts applied in the field of health are, in the context of athlete health, to include information that will facilitate the understanding and interpretation of the texts, and to inform people who will work in the field of athlete health management and other stakeholders on issues that concern them.
Course Content
In this course, the fundamental rights that constitute the purpose of health law in the context of athlete health, civil law responsibility in health services, contractual responsibility, criminal law responsibility in health services, and the state's responsibility for health services, patient rights will be examined.
