Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the importance of renewable energy sources, their ways and the ways to utilize them efficiently, their future role in the solution of energy problems in economic, social and environmental dimensions.

Basic energy units, Basic energy sources and their potentials, Energy usage areas, Energy measurement tools and techniques, Energy efficiency, Energy efficient use, Energy resources management, Energy related problems, Energy efficiency, Energy generating systems, Energy conversion systems, Energy The importance of saving, Economic analysis methods, Environmental effects of energy resources, Energy and environmental management.
