Course Goal / Objective
At the end of this course, students will have knowledge on quality philosophy, standardization, total quality management and applications.
Course Content
This course includes information on quality, standardization, total quality management, quality circles, quality indicators, device maintenance, internal quality control and evaluation, and external quality control and evaluation.
