Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach the founders of economics and important economic thought schools. Contemporary economic policies are products of founding fathers and their schools. In order to understand modern economic problems and policies, fouding fathers thoughts should be learned.
Course Content
In this course the historical development and evolution of economics science will be told. Founding fathers like Adam Smith, David Ricardo, Jeremy Bentham, John Stuart Mill, Alfred Marshall, J. Maynard Keynez will be introduced.
