Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to introduce basic human resources management concepts, principles, functions, and practices.

Course Content

This course focuses on human resources subjects such as: (a) human resources strategy and performance, (b) job analysis and talent management, (c) personnel planning and recruiting, (c) employee testing and selection, (d) interviewing candidates, (e) training and developing employees, (f) performance management and appraisal, (g) managing careeers and retention, (h) compensation, (ı) building positive employee relations, (j) safety, health and risk management, (k) managing global human resources, (l) managing human resources in small and entrepreneurial firms.
