Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to give information about the properties and usage areas of industrial enzymes and the products obtained using enzymes.dustrial enzyme properties and usage areas

Course Content

In this course, the production, characterization and usage areas of microbial enzymes such as Amylase, Cellulase, Protease, Xylanase, Lichenase Lipase, Chitinase, Keratinase, Phytase, Beta Lactamase, Glycoamylase will be discussed.
