Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to explain the molecular mechanisms and methodology of diseases related to cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, reproductive health and endocrine disruption caused by drugs, carcinogens and other pollutants. In addition, it is aimed to raise awareness in the field of environment and human health and to develop a strategy on sustainable living and the use of natural resources.

Course Content

This course includes the molecular mechanisms of diseases related to cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, reproductive health and endocrine disruption caused by drugs, carcinogens and pollutants at every stage of the development of the organism, their effects on genes, enzymes, receptors, hormones, as well as research methods on cell damage and protection mechanisms.
