Course Goal / Objective
The Ethics course in Nursing includes the knowledge of the major ethical concepts and theories that will form the basis for the development of deontological and ethical awareness in nursing, the evaluation of ethical issues in nursing practice and the development of ethical decision-making.
Course Content
This course covers the scope of ethics and bioethics, the social-cultural dimension of ethics, its philosophical basis and its relationship with laws, basic information on the major ethical theories, examining the relationship between nursing and nursing, the role of nurse in hospital ethics committees, the knowledge of nursing ethical codes and the ethical decision in nursing practice. includes related topics.
