Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to explain project management techniques with their basic concepts, to provide information about project organization and team management, and to introduce the processes from the beginning to the end of a project. In addition, this course aims to discuss the basic principles of project management in order to develop the ability to choose projects, organize projects, define their scope, time and costs, plan, and program and manage projects with the support of computer software.
Course Content
Course content; It consists of introduction to project management, organization of project management, what are the project types, BAP, Tübitak, Kosgeb and Bebka projects and European Union Projects, project integration management and project scope management.
