Course Goal / Objective
The purpose of the Nursing Clinical Management Process II course is to help the student use knowledge in the field of nursing management in practice, gain depth and contribute to the development of management skills. The student practices in nursing services directorates, quality units and special branch nursing departments of different institutions.
Course Content
This course includes Internal Clinics Management, Surgical Clinic Management, Pediatric Clinics Management, Communication Management, Meeting Management, Time Management, Resources Management and Innovation Management.
