Course Goal / Objective

The aims of this course aims is to have information about the structural properties of the data obtained by using the X-ray analysis technique using various programs.

Course Content

History of X-rays, Properties of X-rays, Interaction of X-rays with Matter, Uses of X-rays, Bragg's Law, Crystal Structures, Crystal Structure Analysis,X-Ray Diffractometer, Collecting Diffraction Data, Software Used in XRD Analysis, High Score, Rietveld Analysis
