Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to introduce basic strategic management concept, principles and practices.

Course Content

This course focuses on strategic analyses, decsions and their implementations in order to establish competitive advantage over their rivals, make profits over the industry avarage and gain sustainability in the long run.
