Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to introduce the basic concepts of constitutional judiciary law and to exemplify the use of these concepts in concrete and current situations.
Course Content
The course will deal with organization of constitutional courts, judicial remedies, full remedy actions, actions for annulment and stay orders.

There is no precondititon.
