Course Goal / Objective
The module aims to familiarise students with the fundamental concepts of public law. With this aim, each week some different current debatable issues of public law will be explained to the students.
Course Content
In this module, the basic characteristics of public law and how it differs from other branches of law will be examined. In addition, the structure, scope and function of the main subjects of public law will be discussed and a general framework for this field will be provided to students. The course will be conducted in English.
