Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to grasp the fundamental principles of international law and enhance their ability to analyze complex legal concepts, thereby equipping them with a certain level of knowledge in the field of international law. The goal is for students to improve their problem-solving skills and communication abilities. This course aims not only to provide students with knowledge but also to empower them to apply their legal knowledge in practice, fostering their development in practical legal applications.
Course Content
The development of international law, its sources, basic concepts, international treaties, jurisdictional immunity, international law of the sea, human rights and humanitarian law etc. issues within the scope of this course.
