Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to show the most effective international control systems in the field of Human Rights, European Convention of Human Rights mechanism, and to indicate weaknesses of national law by examining the decision of European Court of Human Rights about Turkey.
Course Content
The establishment, structure, and organs of the European Court of Human Rights; application to the court and the court’s decision-making process; the impact of court decisions on the domestic laws of countries; documents and international treaty texts.
