Information
Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to understand the flexible structure of the Law of Obligations and to make legal analyses of new types of contracts.
Course Content
Within the scope of the course, the structure of contracts that are not directly regulated in the law or handled in different ways in different legal systems, the rights and obligations of the parties, applicable legal rules and judicial decisions are discussed.
Course Precondition
There is no prerequisite for the course.
