Course Goal / Objective
Providing the information for students on the Innominate Contracts
Course Content
Types of legal contracts which are more seen in practice than those which have not been subject to regulation under Turkish law; license agreements: factoring, joint venture, franchising, know-how; management (management), sponsorships; travel contracts, drawing up, provisions and invalidity of these contracts and rights arising from these agreements.

There is no prerequisite for the course.
