Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to examine Persons law deeply which is one of the most important fields of Islamic private law. Persons law have a special importance as it creates a basis to Islamic private law. On the other hand, it carries special importnace to have Islams point of views examination to this subject which is the basis of todays secular law system
