Course Goal / Objective

Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Law course aims to teach how innovative financial and legal instruments such as blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and smart contracts are regulated within the existing legal framework.

Course Content

Fundamental terms related to blockchain and cryptocurrency law, the concept of money, the structures underlying cryptocurrencies, cryptocurrencies, implementation of blockchain and cryptocurrencies to private and public law
