Course Goal / Objective
To enable teacher candidates to develop the skills to define, analyze, and synthesize approaches, methods, and techniques in language teaching and to make appropriate decisions by considering students' goals and needs in English language teaching.
Course Content
The history of foreign language teaching, approaches, methods, and techniques in English language teaching, foreign language learning theories, the roles of teachers and students in language teaching, and the role of technology in language teaching
