Course Goal / Objective
Enhancing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in decision-making is aimed.
Course Content
The course content covers Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods and their fundamental characteristics, examining techniques used in decision-making processes. Normalization methods are introduced, focusing on standardizing decision models. Methods such as VIKOR, OCRA, MOORA, and MULTIMOORA are analyzed in detail to rank and evaluate decision alternatives. The PROMETHEE method and fuzzy logic-based models are explored to address decision-making under uncertainty. Fuzzy VIKOR and the selection of appropriate MCDM methods are examined to determine suitable decision models for different scenarios.
