Course Goal / Objective
Analyzing nonlinear optimization problems, applying solution methods, and modeling and solving them using computer-aided tools are aimed.
Course Content
Solution methods for nonlinear models are examined, and optimization approaches for unconstrained and constrained multivariable problems are applied. Analytical and numerical optimization techniques are explored, and gradient-based and heuristic methods are used. Additionally, applications of these techniques in solving complex real-world problems are carried out.
