Course Goal / Objective
In general, the financial resources of local administrations and the examination of the financial structures of municipalities in Turkey.
Course Content
In our course, revenues of local governments, privatization practices, public loss and debt management of municipalities will be discussed, and the expenditure process, authorities, internal and preliminary financial control issues in municipalities will be evaluated, and tax legislation will be discussed in particular municipalities.
