Course Goal / Objective
To introduce the elements that constitute the machineries, calculation approaches, methods and equations. To teach the strain types and calculation methods of machine elements. To view the theories of refraction. To introduce connecting elements, motion transmission elements and the beds, kinds and of utilization properties , design specifications, and design calculation methods.
Course Content
Design concept, design principles. General classification of machine elements. Allowable stresses. Fatigue and permanent safety. Linking elements. Bonding, soldering and welding connections features and shaping the rules of application and strength calculations. Bolt connections, properties, and shaping the rules of application and strength calculations. Axles and shafts, features and shaping the rules of application and strength calculations. Bedding features and shaping the rules of application and strength calculations.
