Course Goal / Objective
At the end of this course, the student will gain the necessary basic knowledge, skills and attitudes within the Turkish Legal System to use in her profession when necessary.
Course Content
Concept of law, Turkish judicial system, legal events, acts, transactions, rights, types of cases, concept of personality, competence, branches of law, inheritance law, property law
