Course Goal / Objective

This course provides students with basic mechanical compression refrigeration cycle cooling system also expressing household circuit that is required to be able aims to gain qualifications.

Course Content

Cooling systems, cabinet frame assembly, compressors, condensers, evaporators, filters, capillary tube, auxiliary elements, thermals, relays, capacitors, thermostats, fans, refrigerants and oils, pressurization, vacuuming and leakage test, charge, discharge and recovery processes, pressure, temperature and flow measurement and evaluation, theoretical and applied pressure-enthalpy diagram, calculation of heat capacity of cooling elements.
