Course Goal / Objective
Reading and understanding Ottoman fiqh texts
Course Content
It includes the introduction of fiqh texts written in the Ottoman period and sample readings from these texts. It also mentions the basic sources of Fiqh and the methods of obtaining judgment.
Course Precondition
To be able to read Arabic usul al-fiqh texts
