Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the educational leadership course is to provide insight into how to lead in educational organizations based on the theoretical framework of leadership.

Course Content

The Concept of Leadership, Differences between Leader and Manager, Leadership Theories (Trait Theory, Behavioral Leadership Approach, Contingency Approach, Contemporary Leadership Theories), Instructional Leadership, Teacher Leadership, Transformational and Transactional Leadership, Shared Leadership, Ethical and Toxic Leadership, Charismatic and Visionary Leadership, Empowering Leadership, Cultural Leadership, Participatory Leadership, Paternalist Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Servant Leadership
