Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed that the student learns the standard technical drawing rules with the help of simple geometric drawings, draws the views of geometric objects from different directions by projection method, creates compositions, takes sections and expresses the surfaces entering the section / view with drawings.

Course Content

Importance and usage alternatives of technical drawing in interior architecture, introduction of tools and equipment used in technical drawings, ruler and miter using techniques, vertical-horizontal-parallel-diagonal scans, geometric drawings, line types and their meanings, plan-appearance drawings of geometric objects, projection drawings on diedric-epure planes, creating compositions with geometric objects, plan-view drawings of object compositions, the concept of cross-sectioning-appearance in sectioning, sectional drawings of geometric objects, sectional drawings of object compositions.
