Course Goal / Objective
To introduce the properties of metals, ceramics, polymers, smart materials and composites, which are materials used in advanced technology systems, to provide students with general knowledge about their usage areas and production methods.
Course Content
Introduction of traditional and advanced engineering materials, shape memory alloys, smart material groups, properties and application areas of advanced technological materials, advanced composite materials, nanotechnology and nanomaterials
Course Precondition
Material Science Undergraduate course must have been taken.
