Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide the necessary concepts, principles, techniques and skills for the use of positive psychology interventions in schools.

Course Content

In this course, "positive psychology at school", "positive psychology and prevention", "positive psychology and consultation", "empathy and prosocial behavior at school", "optimism and emotion regulation in school context", "flow and life satisfaction at school", "school in students" satisfaction, well-being, hope, emotional intelligence and developing conscious awareness" are examined.
