Course Goal / Objective

To have information about breeding and breeding of broiler breeder chickens, to know the methods of obtaining hybrids

Course Content

Importance of parent rising, world chick market and situation in Turkey, genetic material flow, breeding broiler grand parent and parents, separate sex and controlled feeding, growing methods, properties of economic importance and heredity, genetic improvement of parent properties, hybridization methods, test procedures and selection methods, recent development and researches results.
