Course Goal / Objective

To provide students with the ability to manage reservation processes in the tourism and travel sector and to use different reservation systems effectively. In addition, to provide the ability to analyze customer demands, make accurate and fast reservations, and to carry out cancellation and change transactions professionally.

Course Content

Booking Concept, Catalog Reading, Reservation Procedures, Solving the Problems of Guests about Reservation, Relationship with Other Units, Basic concepts related to ticketing and Automation system related to reservation.

The course has no prerequisites.
