Course Goal / Objective
To teach establishing of Vineyard, dormant and summer pruning, training, cultural practices applied in vineyards, propagation of vines, main varieties and rootstocks grown in Turkey and in the world.
Course Content
Establishing of Vineyard, Dormant and summer pruning, training, cultural practices applied in vineyards (tillage, irrigation, fertilisation, harvesting), propagation of vines, the main grape varieties and rootstocks grown in Turkey and in the world are explained theoretically and practically.
