Course Goal / Objective
Camın ergime süreci öncesinde ve sonrasında uygulanan süreçlerini tanırmak, camlarda, cam yapısı ve ısısal genleşme arasındaki ilişkiye yönelik fırın diyagramı belirlemek, Isısal genleşmesi ile camın ısıl şok direncine göre ısıl süreci değerlendirmek, camın renklendirilmesi ile ilgili süreçleri kavramaktır.
Course Content
Fundamentals of glass formation, steps of glass formation, relations between glass makers, modifiers and conditional glass makers and determining the effects of their amounts on the structure of glass, evaluating the relationships between basic glass makers, composition, glass structure and properties of glass, naming glass melting methods.
