Course Goal / Objective
To train researchers or individuals who have the knowledge, skills and sensitivity to develop both the basic concepts, theory and research methods and solution proposals regarding the phenomena and processes of exclusion, separation, assimilation, intergroup relations, multiculturalism, pluralism and integration.
Course Content
In this course; social structure, culture, ideology, gender, language, religion, sect, geography, region, migration and social stratification, intergroup relations, ethnic and inter-cultural relations, exclusion, separation, assimilation, multiculturalism, pluralism and integration and new areas of conflict and proposed community models for resolution will be discussed.
