Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to address current issues, legal regulations, ethical principles and judicial decisions in the field of medical law from a multidisciplinary perspective and to develop students' ability to conduct legal analysis and academic research on these issues.
Course Content
Within the scope of the course, current issues such as patient rights, physician liability, consent in medical interventions, genetic data protection, artificial intelligence and the legal framework of digital health applications will be examined; national and international judicial decisions, legislative amendments and comparative law perspective will be analyzed.
