Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to examine in detail the unfair competition actions, trademark and design rights that occur during commercial activities and the legal regulations for their protection. It is aimed for students to understand the intersection of competition protection, intellectual and industrial property rights and commercial law, to interpret the relevant legislation and to develop legal solutions for current problems in practice.
