Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this lecture is to analyze the legal structure of joint and several liability with its theoretical and practical aspects and to provide students with an advanced perspective.
Course Content
This course aims to provide a comprehensive coverage of joint and several liability within the framework of the Turkish Code of Obligations (TCO) and other relevant legislation.

The course has no prerequisites.
