Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to examine the legal framework of construction contracts in detail and to provide students with the necessary basic knowledge, skills and attitudes in this field.
Course Content
The course covers the basic concepts of construction contracts, types of contracts, rights and obligations of the parties and dispute resolution methods by adopting both theoretical and practical approach.
Course Precondition
There is no prerequisite for the course.
