Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to examine the legal framework and practices of bank loan agreements in detail. It is aimed to provide students with comprehensive information about the parties, elements, functioning, legal nature, responsibilities and legal consequences of non-compliance with the contract of bank loan agreements. In addition, legal risks and solutions for banking practices will be evaluated by focusing on topics such as consumer loans, commercial loans, mortgage loans, collateral systems, interest and collection processes.
