Course Goal / Objective
To learn and use all the basic information about the hydrogeology, To understand the importance of surface and groundwater for mining enterprises,to demonstrate Mining enterprises (underground and open) the principles and techniques of ground and surface water drainage.
Course Content
Forming of surface water sorts, types of naps, determination of underground water level, surface water and surface water problems formed in mines, underground water, flowing to the rock mass, flowing nets, determination of permeability in laboratory conditions and in open mines, measurement of water pressure, water drainage methods in open pit mines, decreasing of underground water level with water pump, underground water effects on the slopes in open pit mines.
