Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to provide students with the ability to perform computer-aided hair and make-up design. Students will learn to create professional makeup and hair designs based on facial and hair analysis using digital design programs.
Course Content
Fundamentals of Digital Design: Introduction to computer-aided design (CAD) and graphics programs. Face and Hair Analysis: Modeling methods suitable for face and hair type in digital environment. Hair Design Techniques: Different hair cuts, color applications and styling techniques. Make-up Simulations: Color, contour and aesthetic analysis with digital make-up programs. Professional Software: Photoshop, CorelDRAW and special software for hair and makeup design. Preparing a Presentation for the Customer: Creating a digital portfolio and presenting the designs to the customer.
