Course Goal / Objective

To analyze multivariate statistical analysis methods that can be used in the analysis of ecological data, to compare and interpret different methods.

Course Content

Based on ecological datasets, collection of data in Landscape Analysis, creation and arrangement of dataset, types, measurement of ecological diversity and ecological diversity index and Bray Curtis and main assignment methods will be examined. Package programs aiming the statistical analysis of ecological data such as MPcORD will be used in the course.
