Course Goal / Objective

To provide students with the finite element analysis logic, application and evaluation skills necessary to eliminate damage that may occur in machines and structures during operation.

Course Content

Introducing Finite Element Method Package Programs used in the Automotive Industry, Finite element analysis, One-dimensional problems and their modeling, Obtaining stiffness and mass matrices, Part design, Analysis Techniques: Modal Analysis Harmonic Analysis, Transient Analysis Applications, Algorithm of Finite Elements and Finite Elements Application to package program, Obtaining energy expressions for Torsional and Bending Elements Obtaining Rigidity and Mass matrices, Thermal Analysis, Finite Elements Program Applications / Solid Elements and program applications

Course Precondition

The course has no prerequisites.
